About the role (please read before applying)
This is a part time remote contract role focused on partnerships and bringing in new business. The work includes things like bulk merchandise orders, brand collaborations, and event related opportunities. This is a commercial performance based position. Success is measured by outcomes, real deals, and revenue, not by hours worked or activity alone. You will be responsible for starting conversations with businesses and helping turn the right ones into actual opportunities. # Trial period The role begins with a 45 day trial period. Clear performance benchmarks and expectations will be provided in advance and must be met during the trial in order for the contract to continue. If the benchmarks are not met by the end of the 45 days, the contract will conclude. If they are met, the role will continue on an ongoing basis. #Compensation This is a performance based contract role. Once trial benchmarks are met, compensation is: * 1200 dollars per month * 20 percent commission on deals you help close Continued engagement depends on the role consistently producing real attributable revenue. # What we are looking for * At least two years of college education or comparable real world experience * Experience working in B2B environments selling to or partnering with businesses * Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development We care less about titles and more about whether you are comfortable talking to businesses, understand how deals move forward, and can work independently without close supervision. # Who this is and is not for This role is a good fit if you are comfortable being evaluated on results rather than effort and understand this is a contract role, not a salaried position.
